First appointment
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for your first appointment to allow time for any remaining paperwork and to get settled. Intake forms can be completed online ahead of your visit.

When you arrive
The exterior door may be locked between appointments. If it is, please wait in your vehicle and text 403-427-3414 to let me know you’ve arrived. If the door is open, come in, remove your shoes, and make yourself comfortable in the lobby.
Shared space
KIN is located within a shared health and wellness space. Please help keep common areas quiet, including silencing phones, as other appointments may be taking place nearby.
Finding the washroom
Continue straight after entering, turn left, and the washroom is at the end of the hallway.
Payment & insurance
Payment is due before your treatment begins and is currently accepted by cash or e-transfer. Direct billing is not available at this time. Receipts are provided for insurance reimbursement; please check your individual plan for coverage.
